It may be of interest to potential competitiors of the HTS that my Fiat 850 Sport Coupe Series 2 is going on Ebay next Thursday.
Due to my Son's commitment of night time activities of PS3 and sleeping all day it seems unlikely we will be making a duo of Llewellyn's into Motorsport! Thanks to the power of the internet i have located a historic sports racing car that i will be using the funds of the proceeds to purchase. Actually it is in the form of plywood , aluminium and steel but needs a bit of building! Amazingly it is chassis number 1 of a series of sports racer spyder type car made before 1980. I think there was at least 22 made!! Sorry to say it is that same old Imp running gear again of under 1 litre so no variety on the HTS grid in that sense. All the same it complies with the HTS regs so that why i'm going for it!! It's called a LimjamraceinspiredbytheCostinforumthankstoMrMeltdown No.1

Wow! Is that the barn-find prototype, ally bodied? Love the wobbly six-stud wheels!

Well my pretty Fiat is on ebay now ..Astonishingly by the time i checked the spelling on the item description (didn't do a good job) it made 44 hits..At present nearly 24 hours later it has 107 watchers and almost 2000 hits ..Blimey!! Perhaps this means a predicted mass entry of Fiat enthusiasts for HTS in 2011!

Amazingly after 224 watchers and 8506 hits on my ebay auction the green Fiat 850 Sport Coupe didn't go! So it's on ebay again now! More amazingly Rory Cole has an interest as there are a number of customers who want replicas of OT1000 or even OT2000 ie Abarth offsprings based on the Historic Fiats... Apparently there are some 3 OT2000 in the world and fetch as much as £90000....Having second thoughts of letting it go now!!!
