In my education of things Costin i have had contact with forum member "Friendwood ". Through his writings i have discovered that a 2CV engine is a competitive thing to have...Providing you use a aerodynamic body and low weight design chassis to go with it!
Pity the regs don't stretch to "specials" ,as it would be a avenue to someone with the brains to compete on the cheap,taking into account most things like this are home brew!
Think this is something we have overlooked in our HTS series!!
