I'm looking to buy a fully race-prepared Imp, 998cc (of course). Not after imp-based unless it's a Costin-Nathan (long shot I know).

I may have to sell HGH if my Son does't come into the IMP/Fiat scene with me! It has loads of innovations and thinking ideas going on in the plan but it could be grid side in no time at all! It will have to go as a rolling shell though...The 4 speed C/R S/C LSD transaxle and 100bhp(?) engine would cost some £5 - 10 thousand to replace! limjamrace2012@hotmail.co.uk

Sorry about delay in replying..I have had to go out & buy a new PC due to my first ever giving up the ghost! You have hidden your email address,so i cannot contact you and my pictures are to be transferred from the other hard drive. It s a bit complicated to explain but the car was destined to be a circuit racer a few years ago,but after no activity i bought it back to do HSA Hills & \sprnts..\have been revamping to all aspects and have almost finished now! I don;t mind showing and telling the world all about HGH so i can give loads of details when i have caught up on my work . Perhaps a good idea to do an articule on here for general interest! David L Excuse the typing ,but i , m getting used to a lap top from a tower system

Will do Gerry! You can show it all to everyone actually. It was taken off the stands last week after having new tyres fitted...Falken zies 912! Although my calculations went up the wall as i could only have 185/60 for the 7" rim. 60 aspect ratio means the fronts are a bit wide...Bit hard to steer with only 3" movement before it fouls the bottom hinge...Oh well another job to do! I used 175/60 Fuldas on the 7" Revolutions last time and they fitted perfect under the front of EVR(ex Ted Pool)now Bob Hoarse's.

David, my email address should be visible...most odd! Gerry, if it's not showing, can you fix it please? My profile says it's ok. I'm quite happy to display it.
Thanks
Nick.

Hi Nick,
Just checked and your e-mail is not flagged as hidden so Dave should be able to get it. I'll forward you some of the pictures Dave has sent me recently.
Regards
Gerry

Sorry..Think i must have been looking at the wrong member! Anyhow i have loads of photos taken during its revamp as time went by the last year! Waiting for the chap a couple of moorings along to transfer all my files from my first pc to this one. Its back in the large shed now blocked up to stop the new tyres getting a flat spot, but i should be able to show what it looks like up to date.Just a couple of inches taller than it really is at the moment! My evenings at the moment are being taken up with admin things ,but i intend to write an articule for HTS builds....Also my 4 year ownership with the Fiat 850(1.5 ish miles total to date)!

Great to see this Forum up and running again! Update for me...I now have a Singer Chamois of '65 vintage as a project race car. Partially modified, I'll get it race ready over the coming months. So...can whoever's running the Forum now (Gerry is it still you?) update my profile in the members list to an RRR of 3 please? I have a suitable piccie too.
