Hi all, its come to my attention and something i feel will help with the promotion of the HTS.
The HTs is at a stage now where we really need to push forward and get more support and imput . Especially here on the forum.
I would like to propose that we open the driver car and register upto bigger engine cars max 1600cc may be 2.0cc.
In no way will this effect any championship points and system that we have in place.
I am looking at the possibility that the bigger suitable from our era can create a new buzz on the forum.
Lets see what the members say and if there are no arguments against from drivers and members I beleive we should give it a try.
Let me know Mike

I disagree fully . Whats the point .HTS will be just another race series and not what the aim is.. I suggest spreading interest in all aspects of 1000cc motorsport...AS AN INTEREST ONLY....not involving the pacific HTS regulations. It would be nice for interest in getting this forum active even if it is say 1000cc model aircraft competition. Anything in the world concerning a cap of 1000cc motorsport would drag in interest & promote our cause.

I dont see a problem with bigger engines as a good imp will give them a run for there money as long as were out there racing against car engines no motorbike engines all will be ok

Are you not forgetting that HTS is about all 1000cc race cars except single seaterss prior to 1980,not just "Imps"!

Also that the whole idea of HTS was to give competitors and future people the chance to be competitive in a race unlike the situation with racers of higher capacity!!
